Long Range Collaborations brings together the artwork of two pairs of photographers who, though geographically separated, conceive and produce their imagery as a team.
Witness: A Psychic Collaboration, by Nate Larson and Marni Shindelman is the whimsical culmination of experiments between two close friends.  The resulting diptychs of either sketches or photographs illustrate the power of their psychic connection expressed through their personal, and diametrically opposed visual styles.
Mine & Yours, by Anne Leighton Massoni (a photographic artist) and Chelsy Usher (a member of the US Coast Guard), is a three-part exhibition of self-portraits taken using cell phone cameras over the course of a year.  The low-resolution images, though visually noisy and compositionally restricted, are surprisingly honest and often extremely personal, exploring how a friendship is nourished from afar through the contemporary form of instant messaging.  The resulting images are exhibited in a 50-foot long grid that documents the timeline of moments shared between the friends. Accompanying the grid are selected images shown as diptychs and a video compilation of the images.
