George Jackson of Llano, Texas, took up photography
in the 1970's. His Essence Of Mexico project in the 1990's
included images from over 300 indigenous festivals. His work
has been in museums and galleries in the US, Mexico, France,
and Japan. His latest work from the Tzompantle series, on display
at COSAS, is an exploration of color and light.
